What is WAM — Weave Account Manager
Why This Matters
WAM is your primary tool as an Integrations engineer. Every debugging session, every test office creation, every SyncApp inspection starts in WAM. Getting comfortable with it on day one will save you hours of confusion later.

Lesson Summary
WAM (Weave Account Manager) is the internal developer portal for managing office accounts. Access it at vam.weavedev.net (dev) using either the office's LocationId or Slug. The dashboard shows office details including contact info and Salesforce ID. Unlike the Weave portal that customers use, WAM is restricted to Weave developers, tech team, and support staff. Developers can toggle between any office; customers are locked to their own. WAM is where you manage SyncApps, inspect sync status, and configure office settings.
