Type 3 Integration Implementation

Module Overview

Type 3 integrations unlock the most operationally valuable features for offices: recall reminders, insurance info, appointment auto-confirmation, and aging/accounts data. This module covers the implementation details for each — what RPCs to implement, how appointment status mapping works, how lasting times interact with full/partial sync, and what date, procedure logs, account, and aging data structures look like in the PMS.

Why This Module Matters

Type 3 is the most common integration target for new PMS partnerships. Knowing the implementation details for recalls, insurance, appointment confirmation, and aging will prepare you for the majority of Type 3 integration tickets you'll work on.
