Module Overview

This module rounds out Week 1 with three cross-cutting feature topics: the Payments integration domain (what data it syncs and how it differs from core integrations), text write-back with the patient communication log (saving Weave messages to PMS profiles), and forms write-back (creating and updating patient records in the PMS from digital intake forms).

Why This Module Matters

Forms and text write-backs are the most visible Type 4 features for offices. Understanding what data flows, what triggers a write-back, and how the integration team's code connects to real patient records gives you the context needed before your first write-back ticket.
